HWM Group, a leading provider of demolition, contaminated soil solutions and groundworks contracting services, is thrilled to announce the addition of Dan Read to our dynamic team. Dan brings a wealth of experience to our organisation, and we’re excited to have him on board.
Dan’s career began with an on-site apprenticeship for five years. He then ventured to Southampton, where he progressed as a Quantity Surveyor at a local groundworks company for over four years. His commitment to continuous learning led him to pursue a degree in Quantity Surveying and he is currently working towards becoming chartered.
Dan says, “I was drawn to HWM because of the exciting opportunities on offer. The chance to work on diverse projects and further develop my skills set aligns perfectly with my career aspirations. The whole HWM team has been incredibly welcoming and I’m thoroughly enjoying the new challenge.”
In his new role, Dan is relishing the chance to learn more about the world of recycling and reusing materials, a key focus for HWM Group.
When not immersed in projects, Dan can be found playing or watching golf in his spare time.
